Today's Gratitude Item: That my dad's foot is better. He damaged it by wearing shoes past their "use by" date and managed to get a rather nasty looking blister on his heel which stopped him from walking with me yesterday. Happily it was better this morning! Lets just say that walking on one's own is not as much fun as walking with a companion.
